USE
Seat Posts.
They hold your seat. At a certain height and at a certain angle. Sometimes there’s a saddle bag involved, and more often than not, a cluster or spattering of mud associated with the whole she-bang. If you’re anything like Mitchell Peterson, your seat post is in and out of the seat tube more times than you can say “What’s my saddle height again?”
We chose the USE Sumo titanium seat post for two reasons: Strength. Durability. Weight.
Ok that’s three. Racers want it all…and them some. Titanium works for us because it clamps well. Taking the bike in and out of boxes, trunks, truck beds, and storage places I’d rather not think about makes me want a seat post that I won’t have to think about when I re-set the seat height for the 9th time for the week. Add a single bolt clamp that’s easy to replace and handy angle marking for keeping the saddle tilt just right, and we’re off down the trail without a second thought.
Did I mention its light, also?
